This native New Yorker spent 20 plus years as a highly regarded College Financial Counselor. Always believing in the importance of acquiring the latest knowledge within her chosen field, Sandra would earn a B.S. in Information System Management at NYU and a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University in 2013.

In 2004, Sandra relocated to South Florida, fulfilling a longing for the active lifestyle that the Sunshine State provides year-round.

A penchant for house hunting and owning her own home prompted Sandra to become a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson and join the Signature team in 2019.

Sandra Ariza firmly believes in going the extra mile and “being there” for those that seek her expertise as a true Real Estate professional.  Acquiring Real Estate is a learning process.

Clearly communicating to her clients and guiding them along the way to make the right decisions is always a top priority when choosing a financially affordable property that ideally suits their needs.

Outside of the office, Sandra is actively involved in community service activities including donating to local shelters, the Humane Society, ASPCA, the Red Cross and sponsoring a child through the Children’s International organization.
